After exploring and shopping the bustling, tree lined boulevards of Hanoi, you'll soon be escaping on a relaxing cruise or sea kayaking trip in World Heritage Halong Bay. The thousands of limestone karsts and the emerald waters of the bay truly make it a mystical and romantic escape, and you'll soon see why it's a place of legends. You'll still be raving about the beauty of Halong with your fellow travelers as you board the night train to Lao Cai, embarking on your journey into the stunning northern mountains. Sapa boasts some of the most stunning scenery and diverse culture found anywhere in South East Asia. This tour you have chance to visit "Huong" Pagoda with mysterious atmosphere, streams flow windingly through limestone mountains and many beautiful caves make your tour the most impressive one.

Itinerary

Day 01 : Arrive Hanoi (Dinner)

Meeting at Noi Bai airport. Meet your guide and transfer to hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Welcome dinner by our team. Enjoy water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi (hotel).

sung-sot-cave.jpgDay 02 : Hanoi to Halong Boat Cruise (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Transfer to Halong Bay, northeast of Hanoi and enter into the Red River Delta, rich with rural beauty and picturesque rice-farming villages. Once reaching Halong Bay, We board the wooden junk and set sail for a leisure cruise of Halong Bay. Declared a World Heritage Site to protect its beauty, we'll cruise through its three-thousand islands and rich rock-formations, passing by Ga Choi Island, Dinh Huong Island, Dog Island, Sail Island, and even visit Sung Sot Cave. Lunch served on-board while viewing the islands. Dinner and overnight in Halong Bay on Cruise.

Day 03 : Halong Bay - Hanoi. (Breakfast, Lunch)

Keep cruising around the bay. Back to Halong Bay harbour. Have lunch in restaurant in Halong then take a mini bus back to Hanoi.Check in hotel. Free time for shopping and dinner. Overnight in Hanoi (hotel).

tamcoc-2.jpgDay 04 : Hanoi - Perfume Pagoda - Hanoi (Breakfast, Lunch)

Depart for Perfume (Huong) pagoda, which is not just one pagoda but many shrines and sanctuaries built into mountainsides. This famous complex of pagodas is also one of Vietnam great pilgrimage sites. After two and half hour drive through the rich farming land of the Red River Delta, we arrive Perfume (Huong) pagoda. Here we enjoy a leisurely boat excursion on the Yen River past the spectacular landscape of flooded rice fields and undulating mountains. After two hour river trip we embark on a rugged walk uphill to explore some of the many pagodas and the sacred grotto of Huong Tich. Come back to Hanoi in afternoon and you have few our to enjoy dinner in Hanoi. 20:30 PM take the night train to Lao Cai train station. Overnight on train. (Soft Sleepers)

Day 05 : Lao Cai - Sapa - Cat Cat & Ta Phin Village (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Arrive Lao Cai train station at about 6.30, welcome by our local guide and take a ride to Sapa. Have breakfast and relax before exploring Sapa Town. In the afternoon, take a 2km trek to Cat Cat Village, home of H'mong Ethnics. Meet & talk with locals to learn more about their daily life. Then continue the ride to Ta phin village (12km from Sapa) home to the Red Dzao minority. Visit Ta Phin Cave, Ta Phin handicraft shops and explore the daily life of Red Dzao. Here you have good choice to buy woven and textile brocades, which are hand made by ethnic people. Visit a small hamlet of Black H'mong people here too. Overnigh in Sapa.

lao_chai.jpgDay 06 : Sapa - Lao Chai - Ta Van Village - Lao Cai (Breakfast, Lunch)

In the morning, take a drive to visit Lao Chai village - home of Black H'Mong - here you will trek through terraced rice fields to villages, meet and talk with locals to learn more about their daily life and habits. Then trek through Ta Van village - home of Dzay hill tribe and get on car back to Sapa. A short shopping in town before moving to Lao Cai train station. Have dinner at local restaurant before getting on AC 4 berth soft sleeper train.

Day 07 : Hanoi (Breakfast, Lunch)

A short city tour to: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, His House on Stilt, One Pillar Pagoda,Tran Quoc pagoda, Van Mieu - the first university of Vietnam. After lunch, you are free for shopping before driving to Noi Bai Airport for flight back home or explore South of Vietnam, back to your hotel in Hanoi if you prefer stay more time in Hanoi.
